Horrible, and torturous. My 3 year old son went there to have work done on a cavity. They put him on a restraining board, which left him with marks both on the wrists and lower shins above the ankles for days after the visit. They claim to have used nitrus , and a local, but his father says he SCREAMED the entire time. They also REFUSED to allow his father to be in the room with him.

I wouldn't take an ANIMAL to this place, let alone my child!!!!

As I do understand that in EXTREME cases restraints are used, they went DIRECTLY to the use of them and prevented his father from being there. .... I highly doubt the nitrus was used, and will be making a call to the insurance company.

And did I mention they did all this BEFORE OFFICE HOURS?

NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!

*****UPDATE***** 3 weeks after I wrote this review, I took my 3 year old son to ANOTHER dentist. They informed me that my son had a root canal!!!! I have to say that with all the other unethical practices of this office, when it concerns children, this was MOST alarming! Dr. Aicos and her associates performed a ROOT CANAL on my 3 year old son WITHOUT EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURE. Nothing was explained. NOTHING!!!!! They did what they wanted to do, completely disregarding the right of the parent to make an informed decision for their child's medical treatment. THEY SAID NOTHING, EXPLAINED NOTHING!!!!!!!! I find them to be HIGHLY negligent ethically, and morally. I had to take my child to another dentist to be told that he had a root canal. WHAT DOES THAT SAY FOR AICO'S????????
