Literally the most unprofessional practice I have ever been to in my life. Appointments were made well in advance, confirmations happened via their automated text messaging service and then they call to confirm your change in the appointment. When you question the change they tell you if you need to cancel the appointment you can change it. Why is it so hard to stick to the actual appointment time? And THEN, they hang up on you. If I could give zero stars I would. What kind of practice hangs up on their clients? They then refuse to let you speak to anyone else in the office after I had to call back. I severely hope the call was recorded and this receptionist gets fired for her terrible customer service and unprofessional actions. There are plenty of other dentists to go to. You should be ashamed

I had my fist visit today and was having a hard day. My insurance company had me visibly upset and the hygienist was super supportive while I waited for the Dentist. From the front desk to the employees in the back I not only got what I came for, I got support and the help I so desperately needed. Thanks again for great service!
