They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I had a good idea of what the results would be. As an adult having braces for the 2nd time my teeth were not that bad and came off 4 months early. They told my I would have to wait two weeks for my retainer..WHAT!!! withing two hours after the braces came off my teeth started to move, I called right away and the Dr said don't worry, we can fix it with the retainer.....well that didn't happen, I ended up wearing a wire retainer for over a year which he tried to manipulate to move the teeth back into position....this did not work, I finally had to speak up and say " Hello !! this is not Okay with me !! He said the only thing left is the invisiline which I've been wearing for 8 months..... that's two additional years of straightening my teeth and in my opinion is unacceptable. I know four other adults who had braces and they got their retainers the same day the braces came off.
