Dr Loftus is an outstanding dentist. He does quality work and it lasts. He is the first dentist I've ever had that I really trust.He has a great hygienist in his office. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. I don't appreciate their appointment reminder procedure. They text, email and call constantly for a couple of weeks before your appointment. I responded yes I would be at the appointment twice and still kept getting calls, emails and texts. It's pretty harassing. The front office isn't run as professionally as you would expect. It seems to be a lack of communication or maybe office management issue. Definitely could use improvement. So, in summary....Dentist "Outstanding" Dental Hygienist "Outstanding" Front Office" needs work to fit in with the standards of the rest of the business.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. Dr. Loftus was rude to his staff and to me. After the numbness wore off, my fillings felt rough/sharp and would tear my floss to shreds. I could tell he didn't take his time smoothing or checking over the rough edges. It seemed like the Dental Assistant cared more than Dr. Loftus did... but he didn't seem to care if she was concerned.
