The office was easy enough to find. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.
