I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

I would not recommend this office or this doctor at all. I agree with the other reviewer that the staff is rude and not very helpful. The doctor is a bit of a scatterbrain and did not inspire any confidence at all. Once we were in the exam room, they made us wait for a very long time. When they doctor finally arrived and performed the procedure, she rushed through it. Finally, they forgot to give us the prescription for the cream that my mom was supposed to use. Just awful!

Probably one of the worst MDs ever, the staff is rude, she doesn't spend any time with her patients, and I had to make the recommendation to get a simple skin cancer screening. Also, I had an early morning appointment and she was over an hour late. DO NOT GO HERE!
