I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
