Have been going to Dr Hertzfeld for years. He has dealt beautifully with tricky pain problems, has created flawless crowns and has been a really great dentist for me in all ways. His staff is great too

I read reviews before going to this dentist. I didn't realize these were form reviews manufactured by this website. I just now found this out when I answered some questions and had to delete a prewritten review to write this. This dentist did some extensive work on me over a one year period. I has around 10-12 appointments this year. I wasn't thrilled with the work, but I thought how bad can it be. I thought I was done and was at the point where I only needed cleanings. Then I cracked a tooth. He filled it and the filling fell out in a day and the tooth crack further the day after. I went to a new dentist to have it fixed. She found problems with the other work he had done. He went into my bone during a root canal and my bone was infected and I have to see a specialist, the filling he just did might be too close to the bone & I might have to have the bone cut back, he didn't see/ treat two cavities that are now coming dangerously close to the root. You would think he would have caught them in the 10-12 visits. I definately thought my teeth would be fixed within the year, now I have to pay thousands and see specialists to fix the work that he did to supposedly fix my teeth.
