They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me in any constructive way. After waiting for more than 2 hours to see the Dentist, the Dentist's diagnosis seemed canned and inspired no trust. I told her this so she simply left me in the exam room without a word and left to speak with the Office Manager.

The office manager gave me another dentist, who ended up doing a procedure on me that I didn't authorize.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I went on a Saturday ( NEVER DO THAT). I wanted in the waiting room for OVER 2 hours. Finally after constantly asking why it was taking so long they tookmy X-rays and put me into a room? I wanted in the room for at least 25 maybe 30 minutes. I was letting them know I was about to walk outandwould not like my insurance to be charged for this waste of a visit. And that was when the dentist came to see me. After waiting there for almost 3 hours the dentist was rushing through my turn. I have never gone back and I hope to God I never will have to. The worst dentist experience ever. Besides the horrendous wait they paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
