This office is a mess! When I tried to collect my Groupon, they couldn't locate it for 20 min. on the computer. I pre-paid two visits for laser leg treatments. I had to cancel my 2nd appointment because i needed to take my husband to his doctor but I did give them at least 24 hours' notice. Lo and behold they charge me for missing an appointmentfor which i had already paid. I tried calling billing several times and they were either out to lunch or busy so that I had to leave voice mail. So, now TWICE i've left voice mail to which they ignored and to back up my complaint I sent a letter. Today I received another notice that I owed THEM money. I call again but can't get through to billing. Receptionist tells me they never received my letter...WHAT???!!. So, I insisted the receptionist write down what I said. We shall see if they FINALLY clear my bill! Never again!!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room, but it is because the doctor spends so much time with each patient. I've waited longer at other offices. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
