My wife saw this dentist in July.They were supposed to get approval for dental work from Delta.I went to see this dentist in November and inquired as to my wifes approval and it had not been sent in. They also said they could not start any work until they got written approval from Delta and refused to give my wife an appt. My wife being concerned asked to speak to the dentist and she refused.We were told we were dismissed from the office, even though they informed me separately they would let me know when the Delta approval came.
The gentleman who runs the office in my opinion should not be running this office. No appology,but termination.
