Let me just say that the Dr. Arnall is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. the only problem was the person who takes in the money and says when you should come in if you are not insured they will clen your teeth till you need pain relief and over charge for this and leave you with teeth with big cavities unfilled I had made a large payment the week before yet was told I should not come in till paid all the bill, and I think she over charged my self and my wife. He is a good man but this woman make it all bad place if you don't have lots of money or great Insurance. chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Katrina did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Arnall took ample time to answer all of my questions. I can't wait for my kids appointments next month!
