The doctors at Norwich Pediatric Group are good but the office staff is horrible. They are condescending and completely unprofessional. They are hard to reach, hard to deal with and don't get back to you regarding the simplest requests. They take a 2 hour lunch break every day so just when most people can get a break from work to try and call them they are always closed. How convenient for them and how incredibly inconvenient for everyone else. We have put up with this office for several years because the doctors are good and it's a pain to switch but now that our kids are reaching their teen years we are running, not walking away from this place. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone, stay away. I am giving 1.5 stars because the doctors are good but the office staff deserves a zero or worse.

Outstanding doctors and medical staff. Support staff is efficient when you are there in person. My one BIG complaint is that the office is unreachable for an hour during the day. Every person (apparently) takes an hour lunch at the same time. They should really consider staggering the lunches so that the phones can be answered during the day. Not all working parents have the option to call back when it is more convenient for the staff.
