They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Willow Grove office staff rude and unfriendly. Call center is APPALLING. This Dr is so arrogant that I waited two hours for an appointment. HOW DARE THIS OFFICE MAKE ME WAIT MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE. THE ACT LIKE THEY ARE THE ONLY OFFICE IN AREA. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
