I am the care giver and have POA for my cousin who has been a patient of Gurdip Flora for about a year. This was to be my first time taking her this doctors office for a pre-scheduled visit. Prior to taking her down a flight of stairs, placing her in her wheel chair and beginning our 20 minute drive to the doctor's office, she advised me to check the wait time as this doctor usually runs late. I did and was advised there was a 3 hour wait. I explained my cousin suffers with end-stage lung cancer resulting in severe shortness of breath, heat exhaustion, and mobility impairment. Our 10:45 appointment wouldn't take place until 1:00 in the afternoon. Yes, I understand he is busy and thorough, but so are his patients. This type of bedside manner is inexcusable. Last time I checked, 10:45 was just that 10:45. Doctors are not the boss. They work for the patient, not the other way around. Will be firing this doctor and advise anyone who asks, not to trust this doctor. If you lie about your availability then you lie about other things. (Treatment?)

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
