My only complaint is the wait in the office prior to seeing the doctor. I have seen him on 3 different occassions and had to wait more than 1 hr. to actually be seen by him, on EVERY visit. I think the nurses in the back are disorganized and not keeping the appts. straight for the doctor. Additionally, when I asked how much longer it would be before the doc saw me, the nurse looked at me like I was being difficult. No apologies were offered for the delay. So, all in all, the front office staff is great and Dr. Majak is's just the wait and the borderline "rudeness" and disorganization of the back office personnel.

Dr. Majak and his staff are very attentive and courteous. Great care was taken to answer all my questions and insure that I understood treatment received. The staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office is easy find. I will absolutely return. I have always had a good experience with the provider and staff, they are the best.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was easy enough to find. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
