Good doctor and a good office--I would say spectacular, but good; however, I have to wait FOREVER every time I go in. An average visit takes at least 1.5 to 2 hours. I can just wait in the waiting room for an hour easily. Additionally, most of the time you see a nurse practitioner if you want to get in. They are very friendly and patient, and in general, they have a good bedside manner.
They do answer questions and are patient. The staff is polite and friendly.

Jill answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but she changed the meds I was taking for the last seventeen years(which I never had any health problems with), and she didn't make any room for my conserns about how changing the meds would inconvenience me. On the follow-up visit I still had the same conserns and I had kept a journal with the reasoning. I had waited 38 mins. after my appointment time(which does not count my 5 mins early) and when I was finally seen she pretty much rushed me out with a little joke about how deciding when to take my meds each day would be a little fun challenge(and I only have a 1hr lunchbreak so I didnt have the time to address my conserns anyway). Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
