last year I would have given this office 5 stars... but I'm VERY disappointed in the staff member I spoke with on the phone. I have had a lot going on and lost track of my meds and ran out - I asked for just enough to be called in for me until I could get in for an appointment (I asked for just one month during a period of lots of snow outside and I live 45 minutes away, was loyal after moving away b/c I love Dr. Jill and she was worth the drive to me) I had been going to this doctor for approximately 15 years and have never ran out of my meds and asked for this before. The assistant was RUDE to me on the phone and gave me a lot of attitude, then she said she would ask Dr Jill if it could be called into my pharmacy and that she would call me back to let me know. I never got a call back! I assumed it was done b/c it was not unreasonable to request and it was NOT! Worst part was it was the weekend and nothing I could do about it! I'm hoping to stop in and speak to Dr Jill so she is aware of the HORRIBLE staff worker. I am now looking for a new physician b/c I am so upset over this whole thing. A Dr. is nothing without a good staff to represent them - after all - it is the staff we patients have to deal with most of the time!

Good doctor and a good office--I would say spectacular, but good; however, I have to wait FOREVER every time I go in. An average visit takes at least 1.5 to 2 hours. I can just wait in the waiting room for an hour easily. Additionally, most of the time you see a nurse practitioner if you want to get in. They are very friendly and patient, and in general, they have a good bedside manner.
They do answer questions and are patient. The staff is polite and friendly.

Jill answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but she changed the meds I was taking for the last seventeen years(which I never had any health problems with), and she didn't make any room for my conserns about how changing the meds would inconvenience me. On the follow-up visit I still had the same conserns and I had kept a journal with the reasoning. I had waited 38 mins. after my appointment time(which does not count my 5 mins early) and when I was finally seen she pretty much rushed me out with a little joke about how deciding when to take my meds each day would be a little fun challenge(and I only have a 1hr lunchbreak so I didnt have the time to address my conserns anyway). Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
