I am done with this doctor's office. For years I have been going here and every time I have to wait for at least an hour in the waiting room & then more time in the room before the doctor comes in to see me - and I always have an appointment. This last time I had to wait for 1 1/2 hour. At one point I asked the receptionist if I made a mistake with my appointment time?? I just think that this is rude. Because it is so consistant (NOT a one off thing) I am not going back. I can't believe that it only happens to me and that more people don't complain. Good doctor (she was referred to me) but this is no way to run a business. I am done!
