I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week, sometimes as much as a month. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was put on medication that made my legs and feet swell so I made an appointment to have it checked out. They called to postpone my appointment by more than a week. I felt this situation could have been serious (the medication can cause kidney problems) but they were treating me like I was unimportant. They've scheduled and rescheduled me for a kidney sonogram THREE times, each time postponing it themselves. This was over a 3 month period. Overall, I have not been happy with this doctor or his staff and am changing doctors immediately.
