They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
