Lets start with the reception staff. Judy and Ashley are great. Both are very friendly and always know who you are when you come in. Wait times are almost non-existent. When I first met with Dr. Von Bergan she did a thorough exam, asked a lot of questions but more importantly she listened to me. Something prior doctors had not done. After my first visit I couldn't believe the immediate difference in the pain I was having. With in a month and a half I virtually have no pain what so ever. Not only is the pain in my neck, and back better but my overall well being has improved. I am sleeping better, I have more energy, and I am much less depressed. During your visits if you have any questions, even if she is busy, which is all the time, she will stop and take the time to answer you and not make you feel rushed at all. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and have already referred several patients to her. All of them can't say enough about the office and her as well.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. After my chiropractic treatments I don't experience as much pain as I did before, but I still need pain medication occasionally. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
