My 9 yr old had an apt here today in which we were told she needed a filling, a crown, and a tooth pulled. The dentist seemed knowledgeable but she is not good with children. The numbing injections were insufficient and my daughter was in extreme pain during the entire procedure . The dentist did not even numb the tooth that was pulled and just hanked it out. I have never hear my daughter scream like that before. It was horrifying!! My daughter was traumatized and cried all day long. I will not ever go back to this place.

I was referred by my sons regular dentist since this is a practice who specializes with kids. As his regular (past 2 yrs since my son is only 5) was referring me she said she didnt like referring here because she had many complaints in the past but said it was my choice. I agreed to go since she wasnt able to specify what the complaints were about. The office itself is very colorful, kid friendly* some toys and a tv. Well looks are DEFINITELY deceiving!!! Her staff is ok, they need to be friendlier since they are dealing with kids. My son needed x rays and the DA pushed the film too far so hr started to gag and started to cry. After about 15min of trying the dentist herself got involved and seemed ok at 1st until she laid a hand on my son. I understand they have to be firm and somewhat forceful but theres a limit! They had me step out to see if it would help so I did until I hear an EXTREMELY LOUD CRY coming from my baby. I walk into 2 DAs holding his head and arms and the stupid (wish I could use other words) dentist pretty much on top of him forcing him to open his mouth with both hands using all her strength! I pushed all 3 of them out of the way carried my son and stormed out of the hell of a so called office. I will NEVER again visit this place and beg parents not to either. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE but especially from this so called children's dentist. !!!!
