When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I have confidence in Dr. Ostergren, and at office visits, he is a wealth of information. He truly cares about me (as his patient), and I never feel "rushed" during an office visit. He is very thorough, and willing to answer all my questions. I am fortunate to have him for my doctor. He should have five stars (not 4 12)...I must not have "clicked" something correctly.
