The Doctor is nice, his staff, especially his nurse Ratchett, Karen is extremely rude and makes going to visit the doctor a horrible experience.
I tried to figure out what I did to this woman to make her treat me as rudely as she has but it's just her.
This Doctor does not take your phone calls if you need to talk to him or at least that is what I was told. He didn't even want my file from my other doctor(s) in Colorado to peruse. I found that very strange.
He would not give me (2) xanax for my anxiety when I fly. I needed one to fly to Denver, one to fly back and he told one of his office staffers to tell me to go see a Psychiatrist. He won't see me ever again. A woman had written about Karen in one of these ratings on this google page and she stated exactly what Iexperienced. I thought,no, it had to be this woman not Karen, but she was right. Karen is a rude and mean woman. I noticed she had no rings on so I thought, she probably is Mrs. Nardella, Well don't worry Karen, I won't be in to see you or the doctor anymore

Doctor is great, his office staff, quite the opposite. I could understand the treatment I received had I been rude, but I wasn't.
