IMHO he is the best anywhere and everywhere. He does not give up on his patients. My medical issues began 29 years ago at age 40 in Florida. We moved to Scottsdale in 2001, and I was able to begin seeing him in around 2005. The bottom line is that in my experience he is the best of the best in his business hands down.
However, I do not know whose responsibility it is, but his office address is now and has been for several years now: 8600 East Via de Ventura Suite 103, Scottsdale AZ 85258-3325

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
