This is the second pregnancy here and the staff has been very professional and helpful. Only concern is sometimes having to get detailed bills can be a little difficult.

Once I was in the system everything was smooth and wonderful, your office is very attentive and great. However prior to getting into the system I was given the run around trying to speak with office staff for cost, timing, etc. I would leave messages and not receive call backs or I would speak to someone and they would say they would call me back with more information and never would. Finally someone said to fill out the new patient form and I was able to get into the system and immediate results.

I appreciated talking to Dr. Kevin and found most of the staff to be very nice. I will say that perhaps due to Covid restrictions, the IUI process was sometimes frustrating or confusing and I felt I sometimes had limited guidance from the IUI coordination perspective. But the staff I did meet in person was always friendly and helpful.

Everything has been good. Communication for the most part has been good. Had a some miss communication when it came to information about cost and what is covered. We think it was mainly due to she was training someone else. Also getting different/ conflicting information when taking medications prior to embryo transfer when talking to different staff on the phone.

I love how orderly and timely everything went. I was well informed about what the procedure will be like, what to expect and not expect. Phone calls of all my results could have been earlier due to me being very impatient but overall I have had an amazing experience here and would recommend to anyone having infertility issues.

Doctors service was excellent however billing was a constant hurdle. Billing was often incorrect and required significant oversight. Billing should be easy and is not what a couple wants to deal with when already dealing with a difficult process emotionally. Billing Manager (Amy) was rude on occasion when inquiring on billing questions. She stated that we do not like the way we do business then you are free to go somewhere else. This is not a professional or welcoming way to speak to a patent inquiring on complex billing systems with limited experience in the field.

Dr. Kevin, is very caring and knowledgeable. The nurses are friendly and so understanding. Natalie and Araceli are the sweetest MA's I have come across always smiling and also very smart. My husband who is scared of needles could count on them to make it easier. Dr. Kevin should be very proud of his nurses and MA's. Front office- should be a little more friendly and not talk too much about personal things. (We can hear everything).
