I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
