Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment, but I did shcedule a follow up appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
