Until I met Dr. Mullen my experiences with psychiatrists were rather poor. I typically had a 15-minute appointment in which I was prescribed lots of medicine with little thought to my case.

Dr. Mullen is he only psychiatrist I have ever found who offers long appointments and is willing to spend the time to understand the details of your situation. He develops a medication plan based on thoughtful consideration of your needs, and as a result my quality of life has improved tremendously. Spend the money: there is nothing more important than your mental health.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
