The staff knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was clean , nothing special though. They're great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions most of the time.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
