Been a patient for 10 years. Insightful, seasoned and intelligent individual. Willing to tweak medication if necessary or offer other suggestions while explaining pros and cons or side effects. Suggested books and referrals if one shows interest. Sense of humor and personable. Average wait time 5 - 10 minutes or sometimes less. Office a bit dingy, small and crowded but not a critical factor.

Unlike one of the other reviewers, I had no problem with the doctors or therapists. But I did have a problem with appointments. Because I work in D.C. and take the MARC train, I needed late afternoon time slots. I scheduled an initial couple months of weekly appointments but when I tried to extend the number of appointments I could not. The office had scheduled someone else into my slot. I tried several times to get a weekly or biweekly late afternoon slot but it was hit and miss for several months out, nothing consistent. Appointments started stressing me out, something I didn't need. Seriously considering moving elsewhere. The professionals know of the problem but don't seem to be able to prevent it's occurance.

I think the is the WORST Dr. I have ever seen in my life. I don't know how Dr. Edwards or Dr. Glasser still have anyone coming in to see them. My husband almost died thanks to them. It took 8 DAYS to get a call back from them. NEVER should anyone use this office.

I've had very good luck with the physicians at Glasser Medical. Dr. Edwards is absolutely fantastic, and Dr. Bryan is amazing. My son is in fantastic hands and I feel very comfortable with the care he is receiving. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Calling on the phone is nearly impossible, however. They typically don't answer.
