I'd give zero stars if I could. I had an ear infection and made an apt with Dr. Berard and saw a NP instead. Did this 3 times and no relief. I woke up one morning totally deaf in one ear and only 32% hearing in the other ear. I still believe if I had seen Dr. Berard, that this would not have happened. Since the I lost all hearing in the other ear.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
