This was the most horrendous drs apt I have ever had. He is not helpful he gets mad if you speak . he asks you to bring your medical records only to tell you your mis diagnosised and speaks poorly of other drs. He will not help you nor answer any questions. The office is old run down and not updated the furniture came from a yardsale. There is no computers updated technology and internet. They only except cash as payment don't tell you till you show up and then have no change. This whole apt was a disaster and I can only say don't go see this man. I left feeling ten time worse then when I arrived. With no help at all.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.this dr allowed me to suffer for nearly 2 years. With RA. I agree with the comment about I asking patient to keep quiet while he reads his last report.. This dr is evil and has no concern for human life. See him at your own risk.

Whenever I go, I have to re-explain who I am and why I'm there. They should take notes during my appointment or something. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

I had an appt at your office on 1/21 with Dr. Mesnard. Here is a copy of the review I posted online. I thought you might be interested in reading it. Take me off of any mailing list you may have. I do not wish to have any future dealings with Dr. Mesnard because of the way I was treated. Do not call me or contact me. I will send my copay when I am able to.

I had an appt with Mesnard about joint pain. This was the most unpleasant experience I had at any doctor office. I was questioning this appt from the time I arrived. There was a darkskinned black lady working at the front desk. She told me they didnt have internet connection. I couldnt believe that any business would be without the internet in 2011. She acted incompetent when I asked her to get my medical records from the hospital. I looked up the phone and fax number to the hospital and gave it to her. When I was finally seen by Mesnard, I noticed he had a bad attitude after only being in his office a few minutes. I gave him my medical history and family medical history. He gave his opinion and said he didnt think another MD gave my mom the correct diagnosis. I thought this was very unprofessional of him. He kept telling me to wait so that he could write what I was saying. If he's too old and slow to write he should have this stuff transcribed later. The exam room was not very decent. He had a small space heater that made a noise and smelled. I was still cold in that room. I was not too pleased when he stuck the thermometer in my mouth to take temp. It was probably there forever and never replaced. After doing a physical inspection he was not able to diagnosis me. The whole point of me making an appt with a so called specialist was to get a diagnosis and treatment. He put up his finger and told me to wait and let him talk but I didn't. I kept talking. I told him he was a grumpy old man. He asked what I said. I repeated myself and told him he was a grumpy old man. He said he could not continue seeing me as a patient. I told him I already knew it would be my first and last visit there after finding out he had an attitude. I told him he was rude and unprofessional to make bad remarks about another doctor's work. I told him it was my first time experiencing a bad appt that went that way. He said he would agree with me on the grumpy part. I think he heard what I was tellin him many times before. He knows he looks old whether he wants to admit it or is in denial. White people in general look old real fast. No, i'm not a racist by saying it because my boyfriend is white. I'm simply speaking the truth about a general observation. If he dislikes it he can go get the face lift that he needs. I think he looks about 65 but I dont care what age he is. I could see it bothered him to be hushed by me. I overtalked him because I speak when I want to. He wasn't in control with me. I'm a content and somewhat conceited person since I have the hot exotic mixed look. My pretty yellow complexion and face make me this way. I have the look that white people tan to try to get and I am lighter than black people. Other people are able to figure out i'm used to having my way and being boss by my good looks. Too bad I made him clam up while I speak my mind he had to find out about me the hard way. He looked uncomfortable hearing me tell him how displeased I was with his demeanor and negativity. He got up and left the exam room. I'm glad I let him hear feedback before I left the appointment. I think the reason for me going there was to put him in his place. I felt better already as I left the office. Even the office building was old with rust on it. The chairs in the waiting area were old and not sturdy, I thought I was going to fall. There is a $50 charge if you dont show up for your appt. He probably has a hard time getting and keeping patients so he has to make money any way he can. I was not surprised to see Mesnard's ratings online as a doctor. Dr. Mesnard rates below the national average for doctors in his specialty. He also rates lower than other rheumatologist in his area. I am certainly not surprised by my findings. If I check doctor ratings before setting an appointment, I would have never chose him.
