I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. Their office was clean, but could have been more organized. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I was told he will not speak to any other professionals about my tx outside of his team. Clients can't get other help! That is working in a vacum
