They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was so nice of them to take the time to listen to my input and concerns. All of my treatment decisions were make collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do.
