Everyone was nice until my insurance took them off of my list with out me knowing. I had an appointment and had gone in and the staff treated me like I was a dangerous person.
The front staff called the office manager out and she stood in front of me like some warrior guarding the door to the back! They were all so rude.
Other things happened before this event that confused me. I just chalked it up to them having a bad day.

Why didn't they call me and let me know that my insurance had cancelled them?
I was so humiliated. And in front of a lot of patients. When I turned and looked at the patients on my way out, they seemed afraid of me.
I did nothing to deserve this treatment. I have always been nice to people and always will be.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was easy enough to find. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
Dr. Joseph is very competent, attentive, with positive bedside manner. I would recommend him to other people.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
