I’ve been on the phone all morning (9:00am/till now (12:40 ppm trying to schedule ahi appointment for a bone density test, calling several phone numbers and haven’t reached any live person to schedule this test. Your prompts and terrible and time consuming and getting nowhere. Your computer system is of no use but to hang on the phone and getting disgusted. Respond to this e-mail today if you even receive it. It may be just as annoying as trying to reach a live person to help you
