EliteDNA puts money and politics BEFORE patient care. It is very discouraging for people with significant medical issues to be left high and dry with no means for medication management. It is discouraging to know that I, as the patient, do not matter.

I reported the following message to the provider that I was experiencing computer issues with the following message "Apologies for being late to today's call. I was experiencing issues with Zoom and needed to reboot my laptop which took about 45 minutes to reboot.
I am still on the call and will remain for a bit longer. I understand if this appointment needs to be re-scheduled."

The response I received was "You have been discharged."
