Scheduled a month in advance, got the reminder texts, arrived early, checked in and signed the acknowledgement that I was financially responsible for missing my appointments. Just to be told, after waiting 30 minutes, that Dr. Uy was going to be late another 40 minutes. I could either wait around for him or reschedule. Don't waste your time. A doctor that can't keep, or doesn't care to keep, his scheduled appointments I wouldn't trust with my healthcare.
