This is by far the best dental practice I've ever been to in my life. I've been coming here for a while they continue to impress me. After moving to Wellesley, I had a couple horrific dental experiences at other places and then finally I made my way to Natick Family Dental. In addition to top notch care, the dental clinic also provides the most modern dentistry experience I've had- massage chairs in the waiting room, Netflix during cleanings/fillings, reminder text messages and the ability to reschedule via text instead of calls, along with digital x-rays, etc. The doctors take the time to show you tooth decay with high res images if you need a filling, and the dental hygienists here are awesome, too.

I also really like the fact that his office is going green in lots of ways, including using technology to cut down on the massive paper waste that is rampant in most health care industries. They are going to text me the day before my next appointment. Not a big deal to some but I like it. I also like his involvement in dental care outreach for the homeless. Awesome.

So in short I can't believe I actually had a positive experience at the dentist. He has a customer for life with me, and my girlfriend is already saying she wants to switch. My advice is get in there now, I have a feeling this guy is going to book up fast. If you live in the framingham-dover area, then this is the place for you.
