Yes my name is Crystal and I attended many sessions throughout the year with Samantha heim, she had used many many drugs on me drugs that made me see tunnel vision drugs that maybe get blurred vision meds that made me wake up with my hair all over my bed and more.. she made me believe that she cared about my needs when I was openingly willing to try different medications as she thought they would work great on me well they didn't finally I went back to a medication in the past that I was taking and I was finally getting the right amount of sleep and she then kicks me to the curb today is my birthday she sends me a form stating that she is no longer going to practice with me anymore well what do I do now she referred me to two places but there are way too far away!! Anyways she had me on the right regimen and things were working fine and then she just lets go with me what doctor that sits there and says all over her web pages online says that she cares about her patients and she's willingly to help take care of us and support us and our bad times and needs and this is what she does once you find what you need and then see you later.Well I must say this must have been one of the most unhappiest birthdays thanks to Samantha.

Unprofessional, has clear lack of experience, would never recommend to anyone. Advise to keep your children away from this provider; she will fill his/her head with nonsense and their body with drugs.
