Dr. Halfpenny is incredibly knowledgeable -- not only from experience (don't let age put you off) but he also stays current with medical studies and updates. He takes full advantage of the research and guidelines support provided by MDVIP. In addition he cares about his patients. In the current medical environment actually caring about patients seems to be a rare characteristic. Clearly he is staying active in medicine because he loves what he does and wants to provide excellent medical care to his patients.
