I think Dr.Fentriss is very thorough in her practice and caring for my health. I also love her bed side manner, she takes the time to listen and address any concerns I may have. She has been my biggest advocate and cheerleader for a healthy lifestyle and helping me to be proactive with aging & health. I would highly recommend Dr.Fentriss!

Dr. Fentriss is the best doctor I have had throughout my years. She is down to earth, personable, easy to talk to, very good listener, never leaves you feeling that you are just another number. This is why I have been with her for 20+ years and will stay with her for the next 20!

Dr. Fentriss is very thorough, thoughtful, and caring. Although I am a new patient to the MDVIP progam I have seen her at least 3 times in the past 8 months.

She is warm and friendly and spends a lot of time with me to be sure I understand her course of treatment. She listens and answers any and all questions I have. I feel she is genuinely concerned about my health and well being. I have never felt rushed with Dr. Fentriss, which was always the case with my previous physician.

I am very happy with the care she has provide thus far and would not hesitate to recommend her. She was recommended to me by a health care provider who is also a patient of Dr. Fentriss.

Dr.Fentriss seems competent in the medical aspect of her work. However, I found her in person to be less than warm and caring. I felt like a business problem to be addressed and dismissed during appointments and follow up calls. In addition, she was very slow returning my one after hours call, I had to phone the call service twice before she called me back. So, I now see her as little as possible and am looking for another doctor.
The MDVIP service itself fills a real need in the medical community. As a busy, aging individual, I appreciate having quick and easy access to quality, personal medical care and consultations.

I value Dr. Fentriss’ general medical expertise and positive approaches to staying healthy both physically and emotionally. She also has an excellent relationship or knowledge base of specialists for needed referrals. I trust that she knows me well enough to match me with a needed specialist. I have noticed over the years an increased improvement with her actively listening and caring—especially as I age and have life transitions.

Recently had some issues that required hospitalization. Dr. Fentriss was in constant contact with me before admission, while getting admission worked out and after I entered the hospital. In this day and age of being admitted by a hospitalist and having to go thru ER a lot of times, this meant a great deal to me. I despise having to go thru an ER when I consider it isn't necessary and I'm not fond of having to be admitted by a hospitalist. I have encouraged friends to try MDVIP but haven't been successful in getting them to join.

Dr. Fentriss has been my PC physician since either 1996-1997. She is very professional and shares her medical knowledge in a way that a lay person can understand and absorb. Her bedside manner is caring and she is an exceptional listener.
I would be at a lose if she was no longer practicing.
