Rochelle was very informative with providing us with all of the financial information. She was professional and willing to answer all of our questions. The ultrasound with Nhu was more than we expected. She explained what we were looking at and answered all of my husband's questions. Thanks for being so patient with him. Looking forward to our next ultrasound.

Very satisfied with my visit. The first time i made an appointment i had to cancel due to family emergencies. The office staff was very understandable and patient with me. When I rescheduled my appointment it was quick and easy, i love that i can do it online. I work late nights and do not always have time during the day to make an appointment. I am sure for everyone going to the Gino can be a little awkward and weird. I was a little nervous givin my circumstances. Ana and doctor Zhou made everything about my experience quick and easy. No hiccups, no awkwardness, and very patient with me. I will DEFINITELY be back to see this doctor.

Dr. Zhou is the best physician I have ever had at CWCC. She is incredibly warm, empathetic, and patient. Her dedication to patient care is evident, and she really made me feel heard and understood. The check-in process was smooth as well, and the nurses/MA's (Yoselyn and Lindsey) were great! Thanks!
