I love Judy Fischer. She is compassionate and understanding to our needs. She will help in plain English what to eat and not throw a bunch of health speaking words for the a person that does not work in healthcare. If only there was a class that will show you how to healthy foods and herbs. I have been going to Judy for many years and she shows diabetics how to replace foods with healthy choices. I have learned a lot. I would not trade her for anything in the world.
