I met with Grandstaff online and it was the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever gone through. He cut me off several times and did not let me finish asking the few questions I had. Then HE HUNG UP ON ME. I was shocked to be treated so poorly, especially after waiting over an hour to speak with him. It was clear from the beginning that he didn't care about taking the time to explain how prescription options could affect my health. I would not recommend seeing Matt Grandstaff.
