The care my mother received at Kindred Hospital in South Philly was excellent. When my mother or I would ring the call bell the staff was attentive and got everything we needed and asked for. The staff ranging from the cna's to the rns to the respiratory therapists to the ancillary staff were all very helpful. Our ambassador Justine always asked if we were ok or needed anything during our stay. We were very happy and satisfied with her care and are sad to leave Kindred. Kurt, Joe, Fran, and Galina all helped make my moms stay special. I hate to only specify those few because everyone who interacted with us at Kindred made us and my mother feel special and treated us like family.

I didn't know who he was but he magically appeares when I need something. I found out he was David the Advocate. He reminds me of the elf that comes into a shop at night and does all the work so when the old man gets there in the morning the work is done. He is not a nurse and cannot give me pain medication but he is relaxing like being at the beach. He listens. Whoever created this position has a lot of insight into what it's like to be a patient. All I can do for the nurses and David is say thank you. Life is beautiful.

I don't know what I would have done without Kindred. They work miracles. I have made more progress here than at the other hospitals I was at. The staff is fantastic! They all went out of their way. There was not a bad person. Special thank you to Pat, Tom, David and all of respiratory. Everyone was wonderful!

I give this place a 10. I always get the best care and the food is delicious. I like the doctors they are good. The Therapists Jodi and Nick, Respiratoty Therapists Karen and Joe, CNA,s Heather and Amenatta, the Patient Representative and Lori from the kitchen have made this special. Lori really takes care of me and makes sure everything is right for me to eat. I knew I had to go back to the hospital. I didn't want to go anyplace but Kindred. I would recommend hospital to anyone.

I like the 3rd floor. Everybody is friendly and wants to help you get yourself together so you can get yourself out of here. Someone comes around everyday to check the patients to see if they have any needs or wants. The doctors are concerned about their patients and provide the help they need. The doctors are real caring and become family. I would go to Kindred anytime I have a problem.

The care, the personnel have exceeded expectation. I have encountered nothing negative from the front desk,doctors to technicians. Everybody asks how my sister is doing everywhere I go in here.

Everyone was nice, accommodating, pleasant and always here when we needed them. The whole staff: nurses, CNA's, PT, OT wound care, Respiratory Therapist's and even the housekeeping crew was great! They all made us feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Theresa our ambassador and our Patient Representative. And thumbs up to the food.

I found that everyone has been helpful. Everybody's been very kind and there is genuine care for the patients. You don't see that everywhere. PT and OT are excellent! Supberb!!!
