My daughter was a patient at this Kindred. They treated her very well and they were very nice to me as well. The patient advocate was such a tremendous support for me. She listened to me and was there for me when I was struggling emotionally with my daughter's many problems as well as issues at home. My daughter received very good care and the nurses were wonderful. Mary, an RN, is so compassionate and very knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with her and many others. I would recommend this hospital.

Excellent care, food was good, dietary was good, nurses were good. We told my husband's transplant doctor in Pittsburgh that he should be referring his patients to Kindred at Heritage Valley instead of Natrona Heights. Kindred gives much better care and is so much cleaner. My husband had no complaints and would recommend this hospital. If he ever needs this level of care, we will choose Kindred.

The care was very good. Everybody was so kind. They gave me a lot of encouragement; kept telling me how well I was doing and encouraged me to do more. All the nursing staff and aides were so friendly and positive. Some that really stand out to me are Yvette, Mary, Marcell, Marie,Theresa and James from Respiratory. I was also lucky that one of my doctors was able to follow me here and that was a plus for me. My case manager took care of everything for my discharge. She made sure she chose a home health agency that was in my best interest with services to accommodate my personal needs. I can't say enough nice things about Kindred and I would definitely recommend it here.

My stay here was fantastic. This was my second time at this Kindred and I wouldn't want to go to any other facility. The staff are wonderful; so caring, accommodating and attentive. Respiratory and physical therapy were great. Theresa is my favorite aide. She trimmed my hair and then did a nice French braid for me. Even the cleaning people are nice. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this hospital.

I would highly recommend this hospital. Excellent care. Staff treated me like I was one of their family. Mary Messenger, RN is outstanding. When I needed anything, they got it for me right away without complaining. A very clean facility. Food was actually good and dietary made it easy to change my meals with no issues. The doctors are wonderful and know what they are doing. The staff all work together as a team!

I had a good experience at this hospital. I can honestly say, for me, this was a great hospital. I came in with a wound and today after only 15 days it is so much smaller and doing well. I am grateful for my nurses, wound care, aides and my patient advocate. I was well taken care of and the food was actually good.

When my husband first came to Kindred, I wasn't sure about this place. Then I met Susie, the head nurse, and I thought this isn't going to be good---we are going to butt heads. But honestly, she was excellent and very good for my husband. The care here was exceptional. Everyone was exceptional, from the housekeeper to administration. Thank you!

Kindred is a very wonderful place. The staff are wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Everybody goes out of their way to help you. The two nicest people on the floor are Sabrina Granito and Debi butts. Debi helps me, is very informative and answers my questions. The place is spotless and very very clean. The patients are very well taken care of. They do an excellent job and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone here is so kind. They helped me get better to move on to physical therapy. The nurses and aides were very good - they even put up with my wacky sense of humor. Thank you Kindred.
