Very inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. I've seen three different therapists and each session resulted in reduced muscle tension, enhanced circulation and enhanced mobility. I run about 2 or 3 half marathons plus small distance races -- I am able to stay in great running form through the bodywork. I am hard pressed to recommend one therapist over another -- they are all great at what they do. Each is mature, well-trained, experienced and humble. Highly recommend.
